Startup is always in low-noise pulse-skipping mode (i.e.,
same as SKIP = REF setting). This allows for startup into
prebiased outputs.
The SKIP setting takes effect once the SMPS is in regulation.
Soft discharge of the output using the DSCHG3 and
DSCHG5 pins.
DL3 and DL5 are low in shutdown.
DL3 and DL5 are latched high during an OV fault of the
respective output (MAX17003 only).
PGDALL: Power-good indicator for SMPS3 and SMPS5.
Auxiliary LDO does not have power-good indicator.
