Power Supplies Usage
Need to ensure that there is no back voltage (leakage) from any supply on
the board towards the 3.3 V supply (for example, from the external
components that use both the 1.8 V and 3.3 V supplies).
VDD_ARM_IN, VDD_PU_IN, and VDD_SOC_IN can startup at the
same. However, VDD_ARM_IN and VDD_PU_IN must be at their
target values within 0.5 ms of VDD_SOC_IN.
There are no special timing requirements for USB_VBUS.
