Bits S[7] and S[3..0] are ignored.
5.3 NTSC and PAL Operation
Composite and S-Video outputs are supported in either NTSC or PAL format. The general parameters used to
characterize these outputs are listed in Table 7 and shown in Figure 7. (See Figures 10 through 15 for illustrations
of composite and S-Video output waveforms).
