Integer digital gains in the range 0–7 can be programmed. A digital gain of “0” sets all
pixel values to “0” (the pixel data will simply represent the value applied by the pedestal
block).
This block adds value from the data_pedestal_ register (R0x301E–F[9:0] to the incoming
pixel value.
The data_pedestal_ register is read-only by default but can be made read/write by
clearing the lock_reg bit in reset_register (R0x301A–B).
The only way to disable the effect of the pedestal is to set it to “0.”
