The device has two basic modes of operation: Native
mode and Read mode.
3.1
Every unprogrammed blank device (CB12=0) operates
in Native mode, regardless of configuration register
settings:
Once the user memory is programmed, the lock bit is
set (CB12=1) which causes the MCRF200 to switch
from Native mode to the Communication mode defined
by the configuration register.
Refer to Figure 4-1 for contactless programming
sequence. Also see the microID
System Design Guide (DS51115) for more information.
