The range of S280 UC miniature circuit breakers is equipped with
permanent magnets on the internal arc chutes that enable the extinction
of the electric arc up to 500 V d.c. with Icu=4.5kA.
The presence of these elements, however, defines the circuit breaker
polarity. That is why their power supply must comply with a given
direction.
