RS-485 communications and ZEN monitoring cannot be
performed at the same time with CPU Units with
communications. If a Personal Computer Connecting Cable is
connected to the ZEN when the power supply is turned ON, a
message will be displayed on the ZEN asking if it is okay to stop
RS-485 communications.
When connecting to a computer that does not have a serial port,
connect an RS-232C−USB Conversion Cable to the ZEN-CIF01
Computer Connecting Cable. An OMRON CS1W-CIF31
Conversion Cable can be used (cable length: 50 cm).
