Use the following table to select components for the phase control application in figures 5 and 6.
The suggested gate resistor (Rg) is based on the triac minimum I
pulse width is calculated assuming R2 = 390kΩ. Other results may be obtained by using the information given in figures
3 and 4.

Use this table to select capacitor Css. It is the main mechanism for adjusting the soft start of the IES5528. The values
listed are a guide, and will need to be tested in application.
