5.6 VOLT_FAULT# (Voltage Fault Signal)
When voltage leaps from the security range setting by BIOS, the warning signal VOLT_FAULT# will be activated. Shown in figure

Set one restores power on default value to all registers except the
Serial Bus Address register. This bit clears itself since the power on
default is zero.
Set this bit to 1 will power down A/D converter circuit. Default is 0
Read back will be 0
A one enables startup of monitoring operations; a zero puts the part
in standby mode.
