temperature ±3ºC for 1,000 +48.0h.

Leave the capacitor in ambient conditions for 48±4h
before measurement.
Voltage conditioning :
Voltage treats the capacitor under testing temperature
and voltage for 1 hour.
Leave the capacitor in ambient conditions for 48±4h
before measurement.
