Connect a temperature probe or probes to the 343.
Turn the 343 on.
Insert the tip of the probe into the substance being mea-
sured.
Read the temperature on the LCD, allowing approximately
30 seconds for the reading to stabilize. Use the push but-
tons to switch between probes and access other funtions
as described above.
Turns the 343 on and off.
Selects Centigrade of Fahrenheit
Selects Min or Max reading measured
Selects probe and differential mode
Freezes the reading on the LCD
