Enables port connections PTA5 and PTA6 to LED circuits. This is the default
setting.
The DEMOEM includes an infrared communications interface whose signals
are connected with SCI1 and are jumper enabled by J16.
Connects a 0.1 uF bypass capacitor to PTB0.
Connects PTB0 to the IR circuitry.
