Function
The Ring Indicator for UART1 is inverted.
The Ring Indicator for UART1 is not inverted.
Function
The RS485 circuit is enabled on UART0.
The UART0 CONSOLE interface and IrDA are
disabled.
The RS485 circuit is disabled on UART0.
Jumper J14
The J14 jumper connection controls the polarity of the Ring Indicator.
See Table 18.
Jumper J15
The J15 jumper connection controls the selection RS485 circuit along
with UART0. When the shunt is placed, the RS485 circuit is enabled. See
Table 19. RS485 functionality will be available in future eZ80
