Since the VIDx pins program the maximum output voltage, according to VRD 10.x specs,
the device automatically regulates to a voltage 19mV lower avoiding use of any external
component to lower the regulated voltage. This improves the system tolerance performance
since the reference already offset is trimmed during production within ±0.5%.
