SPECIAL RECOMMENDATIONS
As stated in the error amplifier section, a capacitor
of 10 nF (minimum value: 8 nF) should always be
connected to the COMP pin to insure a correct
stability of the internal error amplifier. This is
represented on figures 14, 15 and 18.
In order to improve the ruggedness of the device
versus eventual drain overvoltages, a resistance of
1 k
pin, as shown on figures 14 and 15. Note that this
resistance doesn’t impact the overload delay, as its
value is negligible in front of the internal pull up
resistance (about 125 k ).
