Applications
Description
The TS3021 and TS3022 single and dual
comparators feature high-speed response time
with rail-to-rail inputs. Specified from 2V to 5V
supply voltage, these comparators can operate
over a wide temperature range: -40°C to +125°C.
The TS3021 and TS3022 comparators offer
micropower consumption as low as a few tens of
microamperes thus providing an excellent ratio of
power consumption current versus response time.
The TS3021 and TS3022 include push-pull
outputs and are available in small packages
(SMD).
