DESCRIPTION
This Power MOSFET is the second generation of
STMicroelectronics unique “Single Feature Size™”
strip-based process. The resulting transistor shows
extremely high packing density for low on-resis-
tance, rugged avalanche characteristics and less
critical alignment steps therefore a remarkable man-
ufacturing reproducibility.
