xALARM is an open drain output and should be connected to an external 10kΩ pull-up resistor in system designs.
Pins 25 and 26 are reserved for use as REFCLK connections on the M21330. MSPD recommends that a REFCLK circuit is
designed into the system PCB if feasible to enable future use of the M21340 on the same PCB if necessary.
