ing operation, the packed file is checked. If there is any abnormal format, the message below is displayed.

3 DETAILED EXPLANATION OF TOOLS (Mask Data Checker mdc88112)

When data in ".psa" exceeds 12K bytes (built-
in ROM capacity of the S1C88112), it packs
the 0000H to 2FFFH data as mask data.
There is no S record.
The data length of 1 line is not 24H.
