BUS HIGH Enable: This pin and the least-
significant address bit (A0) indicate to the system,
which bytes of the data BUS (upper, lower, or
both) participate in a BUS cycle. The -BHE and A0

READ: This pin indicates that iChip is performing
a read cycle.
WRITE: This pin indicates that iChip is
performing a write cycle.
WAIT: when this pin is LOW, the CPU adds a wait
state to each memory cycle. This pin should be
pulled up to VDDi/o.
