Input the logic states shown in the table so that the output transistor
for the corresponding phase is on. After setting the switch SW to
position 1 for source transistor measurement or to position 2 for sink
transistor measurement, proceed to the measurement itself.
V O sat = V O SOURCE + V O SINK
The figure shows the circuit used for measuring OUT3. Use similar
circuits for measurement of the other phases.
Set the switch SW on when measuring I CC 1.
Set the switch SW off when measuring I CC 2.
