Working as an electro-optical switch, each TFT cell regulates transmitted light from the backlight
assembly when worked by the data source. Color images are created by regulating the amount of
transmitted light through the array of red, green, and blue dots
comprising amorphous silicon TFT attached to each signal electrode, a driving circuit and a backlight
with an inverter.
Also it can display 16,194,277 colors.
LSIs for driving the TFT array, and a backlight assembly. The TFT liquid crystal panel structure is
