random access. If in MASTER mode, output for currently

Row address BIT 10 - If in SLAVE mode, input Row address for
random access. If in MASTER mode, output for currently
addressed pixel. Pin must be connected whenever in SLAVE
mode, do not float.
Row address MSB BIT 11 - If in SLAVE mode, input Row
address for random access. If in MASTER mode, output for
currently addressed pixel. Pin must be connected whenever in
SLAVE mode, do not float.
In slave mode when TRUE LOW resets the selected row.
