Step 12
Take a small flat blade screwdriver and
release the clip that holds the shutter arm
to the toner hopper.

Step 13
Pull the drum shutter bar out of the
positioning slot on the same side of the
hopper.

Step 14
Rotate the cartridge 180 degrees. The
drum shutter bar on this side of the hop-
per is keyed. Turn the bar back and
upward until the keyed flat piece of the bar
is vertical and aligned with the vertical slot
on the toner hopper gear housing end
cap, then slide the bar out.

Step 15
With a Phillips screwdriver remove the two
screws holding the toner hopper gear
housing end cap.
(See Photo 13)
Remove the end cap.
Step 16
Carefully rotate the hopper 180 degrees.
Remove the two screws holding the
contact end cap to the hopper.
