VOUT pin. This pin applies when the following conditions are met: The built-in oscillator
circuit and built-in power supply are used; the voltage (boosted 2 times) is used;
VEE = 2.4 ~ 3.3; and the electronic control is preset (with code “1 1 1 1 1 1 1”).
Measuring conditions: bias=1/4~1/9; 1/68 duty; LCD driver pin is without load; RL=500
K (between VOUT and VSS); C1=C2=1.0µF; C3=0.1µF; DCON=AMPON=”1”;
BF=”11”.
VDD, VEE pins. These pins apply when the following conditions are met: The built-in
oscillator circuit and built-in power supply are used; there is no access from MPU; voltage
(boosted 6 times) is used; and the electronic control is preset (with code “1 1 1 1 1 1 1”);
Display is ALL ON pattern {Rf3, Rf2, Rf1, Rf0 = (“0 0 0 0 ”) }; and the LCD driver pin is
without load.
Measuring conditions: VDD=VEE; VBA=VREF; C1=C2=1.0µF; C3=0.1µF;
DCON=AMPON=”1”; NLIN=”0”; (BF1,BF0)=(1,1); 1/68 duty; 1/9 bias; BF=”11”.
VDD, VEE pins. These pins apply when the following conditions are met: The built-in

VBA pin. Measuring conditions: N times boosting (N=2~6); electronic control = “1 1 1 1 1
1 1”; DCON=AMPON=”1”; NLIN=”0”; 1/68 duty; VDD=VEE; VBA=VREF; C1=C2=1.0µF;
C3=0.1µF; and the LCD driver pin is without load.
VREF pin. Measuring conditions: VDD = 3 volt; N times boosting (N=2 ~ 6); electronic
control = “1 1 1 1 1 1 1”; DCON=AMPON=”1”; NLIN=”0”; 1/68 duty.
