This IC is a high-accuracy temperature sensor IC that can linearly output the voltage in response to changes
in temperature. The operating temperature range is -40 to 100ºC, and the operating supply voltage range is
+2.4 to +6.5V.
Compared to conventional thermistors and similar devices, it has superior linearity and a maximum
temperature accuracy error of ±2.5ºC. It is suitable for use in portable devices as the current consumption is
as low as 4.5µA typ. (Ta = 25ºC).
