Cutting the Cable (when Extending Cable or Connecting Terminating
Resistance)
Setting the Cable Stopper (when Extending Cable or Connecting
Terminating Resistance)
Cut the cable perpendicular to the length.
To prevent short-circuits, cut the cable with a sharp blade, such as wire cut-
ters, and be sure that there are no whiskers on the wires.
A stopper must be set in advance when extending a line or connecting termi-
nating resistance.
Close the cover, secure the hooks, and then press down on the cable stopper
until it clicks into place.
