Data Operation Modes The XE1205 is user-programmable between two modes of operation: Continuous Mode: each bit transmitted or received is accessed directly at the DATA input/output pin. Serial Control Interface The XE1205 contains two SPI-compatible serial interfaces, one to send and read the chip configuration, the other to send and receive data in buffered mode.
