Warranty
Kroy LLC (“Kroy”) warrants, to the original retail purchaser only, that Kroy products sold hereunder are free from defects in
material and workmanship for a period of TWELVE (12) MONTHS from the date of original retail purchase. Software (on
exchange basis only) and printheads are warranted for a period of NINETY (90) DAYS from the date of original purchase.
If you discover a defect Kroy will, at its option, repair, replace or refund your purchase price of the Kroy product or component
at no charge, provided it is returned during the applicable warranty period, transportation charges prepaid, to an authorized
Kroy Reseller. You must include your name, address, telephone number, a description of the problem and a copy of a bill of
sale as proof of date of original purchase, with each product or component returned for warranty service.
This warranty applies only to products manufactured by or for Kroy, which can be identified by the KROY ® trademark, trade
name or logo affixed to them. Kroy does not warrant any products that are not Kroy Products. This warranty does not apply if
the product has been damaged by accident, abuse, improper installation, failure to adhere to Kroy Instruction Manual, misuse
or misapplication, modification without the written permission of Kroy, or if any serial number has been removed or defaced.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL KROY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULT-
ING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY, STRICT LIABILITY IN TORT, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY
(INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DOWNTIME, GOODWILL, DAMAGE TO OTHER EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY, AND ANY
COSTS OF RECOVERING, REPROGRAMMING OR REPRODUCING ANY PROGRAM OR DATA STORED IN OR USED
WITH KROY PRODUCTS).
No Kroy Reseller, agent or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension or addition to this warranty.
