Used in conjunction with a standard Merlin Gerin toroid (type A or OA), this type of relay trips the associated switching device, after the selected time
delay, when it detects a residual current above the set residual operating current (I∆n/2).
Characteristics
c Green LED indicates presence of control voltage;
c Red LED indicates the trip threshold has been exceeded;
c Orange LED indicates the alarm threshold has been exceeded (AP);
c Failure of the detection circuit (connecting cable and toroid) trips the circuit breaker.
