CX-Motion is an easy-to-use software tool that allows users to
quickly set up and program Omron’s Motion Control (MC) modules
in an intuitive Windows-based environment. Customers can reuse
existing programs written for the new CS1W motion modules,
C200H-MC221, and CV500-MC221/421 modules. This software tool
has features that simplify MC module setup, including a servo trace
function that allows users to trace speed reference, present speed,
and error counter, a programming choice of G codes or mnemonics,
and an automatic downloading function that allows users to
download MC programs and position data to a PC. CX-Motion also
enables users to create projects containing multiple MC units and
then displays the data in a ‘tree’ format in the project workspace.
Note: CX-Motion software must be used to program
CS1W motion modules.
