MEMORY LINK (NT620S/C)
The Memory Link is a new commu-
nications method which allows use
of the direct connection function
from an Omron third party host
with RS-232C/422A communica-
tions. Memory Link achieves faster
data throughput by allocating a vir-
tual memory area in the operator
interface. The functions are equiva-
lent to those of other direct connec-
tion methods.
C200H DIRECT CONNECTION
Available on the NT20S and NT600S
terminals, the C200H Interface
Backplane direct connection method
allows you to communicate directly
to the expansion port of the C200H
backplane. With this direct connec-
tion method freeing up the CPU’s
communication ports and slots,
there’s no need to purchase addi-
tional host link modules. And be-
cause this communication method is
compatible with Host Link commu-
nication, you can connect multiple
terminals to a single PLC.
