Providing Target Power Via JTAG Connector
By default ARM-JTAG-EW connects the USB supply voltage to pin 19 of
the JTAG connector via MOSFET switch. Depending on the current
consumption and the used USB host and hubs the supplied voltage can
vary between 4.0V and 5.25V.
