testing surface-mounted devices.
PLCC test clips attach to PLCC
chips with a sliding cam that
clamps onto the chip body. Access
to chip leads is provided by

(2.54mm) spacing. Pomona offers
a Quad Clip
currently available PLCC chip sizes.

Use these test adapters to test socket mounted
PLCC’s. The PLCC test adapter is placed between the
socket and the PLCC, 0.025in (0.635mm) square pins
at 0.10in (2.54mm) spacing allow easy access testing
for all leads of the PLCC. An overlay template provides
easy pin identification.
