0 = Inputs are sampled when CLK is low (see Table 2).

This bit must be set to “0” during BT.656 input mode.

Selects the source of the color subcarrier NCO phase increment value.

Setting this bit enables BT.656 ancillary data to be written into the closed caption line 21 data
registers. It is ignored unless in the BT.656 input mode.

registers. It is ignored unless in the BT.656 input mode.
