diagrams explained these 2 scenarios.
(a) State condition 1:
From Shut down -> Standby Mode -> Active Mode: Burst pulses at LEDA pin are activated after 1.3 ms
(b) State condition 2:
From Shut down -> Active Mode: Burst pulses at LEDA pin are activated after 1.3 ms
