Table 3.1 describes the memory map for the EVK. The i.MX23 chip is capable of using up to
512 MB of SDRAM. The unused Address Ranges for SDRAM mirror the data stored in the
physically present DDR1 SDRAM. For example, addresses 0x48000000, 0x50000000, and
0x58000000 will all contain the same data as physically located at 0x40000000.
