HAVERSINE_CHECK
PFC haversine peak must be between HAVERSINE_PEAK_MIN and HAVERSINE_
PEAK_MAX (90VAC and 265VAC).
If the haversine value is OK, set the max pulse width allowed and jump to the CON-
FIGURE_PFC_SOFT_START state.
Else go back to INIT_PFC_HAVERSINE_CHECK state.
