Works for the TTL Serial host interface only.

Valid baud rate values are:

Sets the direction of the GPIO pins of the reader.
Parameter address: 0x0008
Length (bytes): 1
Default value: 0x00
Default value is 0x00 (GPIO pins are outputs).
A one in the bit position indicates that the corresponding GPIO pin is an input.
A zero in the bit position indicates that the corresponding GPIO pin is an output.
