FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION
Voltage Controlled Oscillator (VCO)
The VCO provides a TTL compatible clock output on the
VCO/TACH pin proportional to the VCO input voltage at
the SPEED FB pin. The proportion of frequency to voltage
