The AS8530 is tested according CDF-AEC-Q100-002 / MIL883-3015.7 (human body model), IEC 61000-4-2, JESD22-C101/ AEC-Q100-011,
JESD22-A115/AEC-Q100-003.
8.9.3 EMC
The test on EMC impacts is done according to ISO 7637-1 for power supply pins and ISO 7637-3 for data and signal pins.
