MUX1 and MUX2 connect one of the three data inputs to the transmitter
in the following way:

Carrier Detect; high when an RF signal of sufficient strength is present

High to low transition increments or decrements the RF channel.
0V=No signal, 0.7V = 0. mV, 1.6V = 10 mV, 2.4V = 100 mV
Serial status Data Out. Used in conjunction with SRX
