Set the height, in lines, of a frame. The height in lines is equal to L/F + 1, where L/F can range
from 0 to 255.
If W/S is set to 1, selecting two-screen display, the number of lines must be even and L/F must,
therefore, be an odd number.

Set the length, including horizontal blanking, of one line. The line length is equal to TC/R + 1,
where TC/ R can range from 0 to 255. TC/R must be greater than or equal to C/R + 4. Provided
this condition is satisfied, [TC/R] can be set according to the equation given in section 17-1-1 in
order to hold the frame period constant and minimize jitter for any given main oscillator frequency,
