3.11 Regulatory Compliance
The transceiver is lead-free and RoHS 6/6 compliant per Directive 2002/95/EC of
the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 January 2003 on the restriction
of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment.
The transceiver complies with international electromagnetic compatibility (EMC)
and international safety requirements and standards. EMC performance is depen-
dent on the overall system design. Information included herein is intended as a
figure of merit for designers to use as a basis for design decisions.
