EN=Low : shut down mode
Monitor for Over voltage detection and Under voltage detection.
Under voltage lockout input terminal for external Power Supply.
Lockout voltage is 1.15V(TYP) at VUVLO rising
Error signal output by fault protection control.
Terminal which Setting latch up time for fault detection (OVD,LVD,OCD).
Connect Capacitor between CFIL and GND depend on setting time.
Terminal for controlling compensation point of AMP which controls output
voltage. Connect RC between COMP and GND.
Serial I/F Setting input
All PWM individual control mode: Connect to VREG.
Over voltage detection threshold : 3.5V (TYP)
Under voltage detection threshold : 0.2V (TYP)
