1: Yes – NVM is used
Indicates the number of times NVM has been burned:
0: None – QSM is used (default)
1: Once – NVM is used if NvmValid = 1, else QSM.
2: Twice – NVM is used if NvmValid = 1, else QSM.
3: Three times – NVM is used if NvmValid = 1, else QSM.
4: More than three times – QSM is used
