(4) Standby function

The µ PD16882 has a standby function to lower the power consumption when stopped. In the standby status, the
oscillator can be stopped to decrease the circuit current. When STB is made low, the spindle enters the standby
mode, and goes into a high-impedance state.
When the operation mode is restored, it takes the µ PD16882 several 10 µ s to start up.
