The PCON register contains flag bits to differentiate
between a Power-on Reset (POR), an external MCLR
reset, WDT reset, Brown-out Reset (BOR), and Parity
Error Reset (PER). The PCON register also contains a
status bit, MPEEN, which reflects the value of the
MPEEN bit in Configuration Word. See Table 9-4 for
status of these bits on various resets.
