LOTNUM2 – Lot Number Register 2
LOTNUM3- Lot Number Register 3
LOTNUM0, LOTNUM1, LOTNUM2, LOTNUM3, LOTNUM4 and LOTNUM5 contain the lot num-
ber for each device. Together with the wafer number and wafer coordinates this gives a serial
number for the device.
