The device can be powered using any of three different methods:
The Power Switch applies power from the chosen power source to the evaluation board. It is a
three position switch with the three positions being OFF → ‘V BAT’ (ON for battery operation)
→ ON (for USB or DC Jack connections)
This Red LED is connected to input power bus and will be illuminated when power is applied.
The jumper on J9 can be removed and a current meter placed in series to measure current into
the module, a useful feature for evaluating low-power modes.



Through the USB Port [J6] using the supplied USB cable
Through the DC Jack [J7] using an optional DC Power Supply
Through the Battery Holder [BC2] using two supplied AA batteries
